Using the website

• The website shows our tile designs and lets you book a showroom visit. It does not take orders or payments.
• Designs, sizes, stock and prices shown may change without notice. Prices are per square foot and indicative.
• Please give accurate details when you book a visit or send an enquiry.
• Don't misuse the website, for example by trying to break it, overload it or copy its content in bulk.

Room visualizer and 3D previews

• Previews are made with AI and computer graphics. They are indicative only.
• Actual tile colour, finish, texture and size may look different from the preview and from your screen. Please check final shades in our showroom before you buy.
• Upload only photos you have the right to use. See our Privacy Policy for how photos are processed.

WhatsApp communication

• When you message us or give us your number, we may reply on WhatsApp about your enquiry, quotes and visits.
• Some replies may be written with the help of AI. Our staff can take over the conversation at any time.
• Reply STOP to stop messages.

Quotes and prices

A quote, price or availability given on the website, on WhatsApp or on a call, including by AI, is valid only once we confirm it in writing, for example on an invoice or a quote signed or sent by our staff.

Liability

We try to keep the information on this website accurate, but we don't guarantee it is complete or error-free. We are not liable for decisions made only on the basis of website content or previews. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
