Delete your data

You can ask Ashoka Tiles to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.
How to ask
- WhatsApp: send "DELETE MY DATA" to +91 95192 22889 from the number you used with us.
- Email: write to info@ashokatilesview.com with the subject "Delete my data" and include the phone number you used with us.
We may ask you to confirm the request from that phone number, so we don't delete someone else's data.
What we delete
Your name, phone number, enquiry details, WhatsApp messages, call recordings and transcripts.
We keep only what the law requires, such as invoices for purchases. We will tell you if anything must be kept, and why.
How long it takes
We confirm your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We reply on WhatsApp or email to confirm when it is done.
To only stop messages, reply STOP on WhatsApp. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
